Focaccia began centuries ago in the Ligurian region of Italy. Local artisan bakers perfected this dense, savoury flat bread, flavouring the dough with fragrant spices like basil, sage and rosemary. 

Made from carefully crafted artisan breads and sprinkled with a proprietary blend of fresh herbs, spices and sea salt, the bread is cut in generously large pieces and then baked again to enhance the crispy, delicate flavour. 

Ingredients: Enriched flour, canola and/or extra virgin olive and/or soybean oil, salt, garlic, sugar, butter oil, yeast, natural and artificial flavours, soya lecithin, disodium inosinate and guanylate, annatto, tocopherols, TBHQ.
