The Habit Project
The HABIT Project was founded in 2016 by sisters, Danielle & Mariah. Passionate about life balance and improving wellness, they started juicing every day and witnessed incredible things, thanks to the healing power of food. The healthy habit of nourishing their bodies by juicing daily not only improved their quality of life but also ignited a desire to share the goodness of wholesome nourishment with others.
The Fieldhouse

The Field House Canteen Kitchen is seasonally driven and locally sourced in collaboration with local farmers, markets, and talented bakers. Alongside the Field House Farms project, they are reclaiming underused farmland to produce as much of their own ingredients possible, for both their good beers and ever-growing Canteen Kitchen products.
Restaraunt 62
Founded in 2004, Restaurant 62 has been the longest standing fine dining restaurant in the history of the Fraser Valley. Built on the simple notions that good food is hard work, and that the ingredients should change with the seasonal availability of the local producers, Chefs Matthew Nichols and Jeff Massey are continually crafting memorable plates where the food truly speaks for itself.

At Trading Post, they believe that a meal is only as good as the ingredients used. Guided by their desire to “Tap into the Local”, they source seasonal ingredients from local farmers, foragers, cheese makers, and other artisan suppliers and purveyors in the community.
