The main event will be a Garlicy Hot Honey Glazed Chicken, using Lepp Farms Spatchcock Chicken and a glaze made with local garlic and Gordo's Hot Honey. It will be paired with a side of flame-grilled veggies skewers including BC grown Bell Pepper, Zucchini, White Mushrooms, and Red Onion + Pepper.
